Well, as I pointed out previously[1], we kind of need to see to be able to
comment on it. My understanding is that thanks to restrictions put on the
original data, it can't be distributed, so all we're left with is a .osm
file. Also, for a .osm creation program of cat2osm's complexity a .osm file
covering the full range of features is really the best way to review it.

No one should be uploading while the import is still being consulted on,
aside from the nodes issue.
