No, you cannot. And in last resort, the best is to block the user
(temporarily). For that, inform the DWG about the process. They will
react faster if they understand what's happening and if they rely on
the submitters (I guess, most of the time it's false alarms).

Yes, we have a QA tool called osmose with a bunch of developers maintaining it:

As far as I understood, each analyze is developed as a separate
module. You might find what you need in the already existing analysis
or could develop your own. API's for third parties access is also
planned. But ithe tool is currently not covering Spain. It could if
the admins can find some disk resources for the server (something
which could be solved by the oms-fr community I guess. I can provide
more information if you ask me directly.
