[Imports] upload scripts

Hello Everbody,

We are getting close to upload some data on our MA building import.

We would like to know what is out there for doing batch uploads. The
entire import project will be over 350 OSM files. It seems like we
should be using something besides JOSM to do this. If anybody knows
about an upload script that would work for us, could you send me a
pointer, or post the link to the list.
