Thank you for starting the process of filling out this plan. It looks
like you may have had some trouble with it, so we'll be glad to help
guide you through the process of filling it out!

That should be a link to the data. Where is the data? Where can people
see it before it's imported?

Second,  Atrybucja OSM attribution: Contributors#Poland  -

This section is about the requirements that the license has. What is
the requirements that the license has? If it's 100% public domain,
then there's nothing to do here, but I don't speak Polish.

Third, source=UM Ruda Śląska

May I suggest not putting the source on the objects, but on the
changeset. This is a personal suggestion but has been widely adopted.

Fourth, you guys are going to do this thing entirely manually? No
scripts at all? No data processing scripts even?
