if source, date and revision are the same for all objects (or could be
grouped into changesets with identical values), they could be tagged on the
changeset only. Generally source-tags on objects are not a good idea
(because it remains unclear how to deal with them when modifying the data,
and most mappers don't care at all and simply keep them, what usually
results in "wrong" information).
