[Imports] Post-import quality metrics

In 2010 I conducted an import of address nodes in Surrey, BC. I'm now
looking to perform an analysis and see where that import has been a success
and where it needed improvement.

I'm looking to find some metrics to analyze import quality. Some thoughts I
had were

- Addresses integrated with other data. Are users merging addresses to
buildings and POIs as appropriate?

- Addresses deleted. Although the data was quite good, there are likely
errors and there have also been demolitions

- Duplicate addresses added.

- POIs/buildings not merged with addresses that should be.

Any other thoughts on metrics?
