[Imports] Deletable KSJ2 import tags

I think all the those tags are deletable.

It was added because of the issue of interpretation of licensing words, and
it is now cleared.
(We JP confirmed it, tagging "source", "source_ref", and "note:ja" are
enough, as written in KSJ2 page)

それぞれのNodeやWayに付与されているKSJ2タグですが、
すべて消してしまえるはずです。
(必要な情報は正しいタグとして表現されていると考えます)
