I'm confused about the normal roof building:material=concrete. According to
your note, solid indicates concrete, yet the normal roof is shown as
concrete and the solid building is not. Did the tag just end up in the
wrong table cell?

near future you plan to add addresses I would hold off on the import and do
both at the same time.

Lastly, is there any chance you can get building heights? They just plain
look nice on a 3D map. Although I do think they offer value.
