[Imports] Building outline in Sabae

Thank you for your reply.

1)Tagging for building
> I'm confused about the normal roof building:material=concrete. According to your note, solid indicates concrete, yet the normal roof is shown as concrete and the solid building is not. Did the tag just end up in the wrong table cell?
I wrote it wrong.I rewrote that mistake.

2)addressing
I want to add addresses.After I imported, I will consider that.
This time, I will add building outlines with priority.

3)building heights
I don’t have data of building heights.
