Another option might be to compare Grey's counties data with OSM to find
missing roads. Use overpass to get the current road data to compare against
the county data. That would make identifying newly added road much easier.
Another option would be to make an background road image similar to the
TIGER 2013 background image available in the US.
I did a blog post on both of these subjects for Skagit County in the US.
Check out osm_seattle.snowandsnow.us for instructions. They both are still
