We've painstakingly avoided taking decisions based on satellite imagery
that weren't 100% clear.

We've had 2 mappers and 2 data analysts who did little actual mapping but
more QA work involved. We've hired one of the volunteer mappers. So between
4 and 5 people from our team, not more than 3 at any given time. The NYC
community engagement varied in numbers.
