While in general I agree we've found numerous existing buildings that
clearly weren't mapped well, being non-orthogonal on clearly orthogonal
structures, or in rows of buildings not aligning to each other where the
buildings on the ground were clearly neatly in a row with walls lining up
evenly. Such buildings almost always didn't contain any attribute data but
'building=yes'.  We've replaced those with clearly better data from NYC.
