I don't know if admin_level is correct here. Your country is missing
in the international table for admin_levels:

but usually, "Municipios" corresponds to a municipality which it is
usually admin_level=8.  "Aldeas" are admin_level 9 or 10 in other
countries in this table.
Perhaps you could add the country in the wiki table once you find a
consensus with the local community-
