The question of including the source tag in all nodes as well as the
changeset tags was already discussed when the edu UNICEF import in
Central African Republic. It wasn't dropped it from that import, and I
wouldn't drop it from this import.

I just suggested to add that to all schools that have the name of the
village as its name, as it sounds weird to me. But it's only a
suggestion, and it can be tricky, as not all the schools names are the
name of the village or town they are in.

About the tags proposed, I find them all interesting.
