Amending names automatically is really risky, because some might have other prefixes than École, eg École française, École normale etc. I think this should not be done. If the data set doesn't provide full names I'd go with what it has, and let the rest do local mappers (if there aren't any currently, it is like this, but it doesn't mean there will never be in the future)
