[Imports] For comment: import of 532 bicycle repair station locations

It's now possible to evaluate these issues.
The import has moved into the synchronization phase. A few dozen imported
locations have been located on the ground by mappers, and shuffled to their
exact position.
The final choice on fuzzy match has been a simple 90 meter proximity
search. So far all stations searched for have been found.
The biggest problem came from out of the blue: there have been a dozen or
so unique mappers using the tag to mark a bicycle shop,
or in one case "a guy who fixes bicycles". In retrospect the tag name
*bicycle_tool_stand
*or* bike_self_repair_tools* might have been less confusing.
