Hi,

I inform myself regarding the licensing issues that Paul brought out!

I would like to revise my statement as we accessed to data source through
Government of Canada open data portal:
http://open.canada.ca/data/en/dataset/8e089409-8b6e-40a9-a837-51fcb2736b2c

that is under Open Government licenses-Canada:
http://open.canada.ca/en/open-government-licence-canada

The modified version of data source and license terms are available at wiki
page:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Triplinx_Metrolinx_Import_Plan#Data_License

Thanks for your concern

Mojgan
