Hi all,

Okay I got it finally.  Maybe we could express this unambiguously here:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:boundary#Relation_members

Having the label nodes as members of the relations anyway, does not 
harm, I guess.  It's helpful when showing boundary, like here
