Mike,
The import test looks good. Not sure you need to keep the tags STTYPE and
STNAME. There is a JOSM Map Paint Style, Address Tag Validator, that will
help validate the street name on either a node or building polygon. It
gives the street and addr node/polygon a color based on the street name. If
you have a node with a different color than the street, it gives you a clue
that something might be wrong.
