buildings and trees aren't incompatible, they are at most unusual as a
combination (although I agree that superpositions of both merit an
individual inspection). Trees on roads are admittedly less compatible,
while on paths or footways they are likely OK.

the species should preferably be tagged in latin, as this is usually the
least ambiguous. Localized species are made possible as a convenience for
mappers, but in an import I'd expect latin names.
