[Imports] School imports

Dear all,

I may be able to obtain school locations for countries in sub-Saharan
Africa. Data would be licensed under odbl, indicated they signed letter.

On some places there are a few existing schools, but the numbers are so
small (hundreds) that they can be easily merged with the list.

Concerns or suggestions?
