To use the Tasking Manager break the data into small chucks. In the US
we've used voting districts for building and address imports. Each task is
about 200-300 buildings and addresses. You could use arbitrary admin
boundaries to groups schools into a task. If you need help breaking the
data into small tasks send me a private message.
