Hi Paul,
The buildings dataset that I want to upload into OSM is much more
complete than the data that is already mapped. Before the previous
upload there was no building data mapped for Girona, and after the
upload in 2010, the city has grown in terms of new buildings and most
of them are not still on OSM. The upload I propose want to solve this
issue. As far as I know, I think there are no modifications by other
mappers on the existing buildings from 2010 to now.
