[Imports] Importing fuel stations in UK and future similar imports

what if there are several petrol stations close to each other, but not all
are mapped in OSM? I guess it could happen sometimes, although it is not
very likely to happen often.

Are all those stations operated by Shell, or is it just the brand (and
supplier)? If it is the latter, you shouldn't expect too much authority
from the Shell data, in the first case, quality might be better.

Still I'd expect local mappers to confirm the correct data by survey,
rather than blindly trust the foreign dataset.
