Hi, there is an user adding thousands of buildings in baltimore: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/52960754#map=17/39.22877/-76.60597 is that a known/validated/"allowed" import? we contacted him per PM and changeset comment, but did not get an answer yet. regards walter
