[Imports] Proposed building import in Hamilton County, Ohio

As no one has raised any concerns with this import, we will plan to get 
started in the next week or so once we've finished polishing the data. 
If anyone has any questions or sees any issues or areas for improvement 
in the meantime, please let me know.
