Dear Rafael and Andreas,

Thank you for taking the time to review the import plan and for you
recommendations, which are helpful. Here are a few comments:

1) Architect:
Yes, we can remove "ukjent" (unknown) as it does not provide any
additional information.
The "type" in "Linstow type" usually means that the building was based
on a general plan for a church of this size by architect Linstow,
perhaps used for more than one church. Will check.
The place name in architecht="Ole Halvorsen, Bergen" usually means that
there are more than one architect with the same name. Will check.
We will review the list of architects before the import.

2) Languages:
There is already a description in the work flow section of the import
plan on how to handle multiple names for a church. Existing names will
be kept. The N50 background map will show the official/primary name,
including Norwegian and Sami names where both are required (including
the correct order).
We can expand the workflow section and make it even clearer.

3) History:
The history should be kept. Will add that to the workflow description.

4) Building footprint:
Aerials will aid in deciding which building footprint is the best to
keep. Will add that to the workflow description, including a warning
against altering buildings with 3D tags.
The quality of the footprint in the import is high.

5) End_date:
Some of the churches with an end_date has now a different function. We
can remove them from the import as they are not important buildings
anymore in this context.
Others with an end_date have burnt down and are now ruins.

6) Ruins:
There seems to be different views on how to tag a ruin (as reflected on
the wiki discussion pages), and we are in fact unable to conclude which
tagging is recommended in OSM based on the wiki.

Sami language has official status in the municipalities that make up “samisk forvaltningsområde”. These are the municipalities:

I guess in this case it would be better to skip the architect tag, or change it to "architect"="unknown", although it seems there isn't any object in OSM with the "architect"="unknown" key&value combination according to taginfo [3]. I've checked, and there are 266 churches with this "architect"="ukjent" tag.
