[Imports] Import DAE for Belgium

 Dear Openstreetmap community,

time ago I discovered a friend who implementated a simple bot

easily some AED ( *automated external defibrillator) **already present into
OSM database. *
*Then I realized that in Belgium that map is quite empty.*
*So I asked the Health web site

)
to receive the information about the AED in Belgium*

I cleaned the file with more than 8k rows and I have geolocated more than
7k that you can find here already https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/
daeaed-in-belgium_147514#8/50.555/4.466

My question: is it possibile to import that database into openstreetmap and
how is possible to check if the AED alredy exists.
