[Imports] Nordic Charging Station Import

Electric cars and plug-in hybrids have quickly become popular in the Nordic
countries, now account for almost 50%of all new cars sold in Norway. A wide
network of charging stations have rapidly been rolled out by private and
public operators and there are now more than 4000 charging stations in
Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Charging stations for the three countries are available from NOBIL, a
public entity. OSM has received explicit permission to import the stations.

The import has been discussed by the Norwegian community. The plan is to
import the stations in Norway first, then discuss similar imports with the
communities in Sweden and Finland, and only move forward if they agree to
the plan.
