[Imports] About a proposed import in Turkey using Copernicus metadata

Hi Mappinglander, 

almost 10 years ago there has been an import of Corine in Spain and as
far as I have sensed from the community the result was far from optimal.
If I remember well the issue was accuracy and we are still struggling
with consequences of the import.
