Can you please provide your import plan as required by import guidelines?

Can you please specify how will you conflate 3rd party data with OSM data?
What if a bus stop is not present in OSM? What if a bus stop is present in
OSM but not in 3rd party data? Do you assume the bus stop have been removed?

OSM data should not contain source tags. A more suited place is the
changeset.
