We don't alter the information. In the major part of cases we only complete
it. We can assure that keeping the ref tag and applying tools like OSMSync
and something like that, also we do this process through the Spanish task
manager so we keep the original information in a github repository. Also We
don't hide . It is Generalitat de Catalunya data , as you can see in the
source tag, and also we kept source:data tag .
Generalitat de Catalunya's Opendata has said us Thank You by Social Media
(, so I don't think we have any problem with them.

It could not be possible to make any conflation if we have to assure the
exact trasposition of the data without any transformation. Tags should be
"translated" to OSM scheme. But we are not denaturalizing anything. Data
will also have always be traceable.
Please, we are not broken/violating any condition or Transparency law. Also
I don't think nobody of Catalan Government OpenData manager would complain
for the use of public, open and shareable data with an specific permission
that is given by them.
