[Imports] Import of pharmacies in Catalunya, Spain.

Good afternoon, I bring with new good news:
>From the OSM Catalan community we've contacted the database managers from
which we extracted the set of pharmacies, and they have changed the license
to CC0, as can be seen at this link:
https://analisi.transparenciacatalunya.cat/en/Urbanisme-infraestructures/Equipaments-de-Catalunya/8gmd-gz7i
We hope that with this license change it will be enough to validate the
import project and be able to resume it.
If this license is valid for this dataset, we'll analyze the other data
from it and determine what may be of interest to incorporate to OSM, and
we'll prepare another import project, which will be documented and informed
shortly.
