For example https://pcgis-pickenscosc.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/roads
"No license specified" means that default, full copyright restrictions apply
(unless stated otherwise - maybe it is work of a federal government of USA?
maybe it is work of state where automatic public domain applies?)
