[Imports] Importing trees in Utrecht

it seems there's some coordinate error: the tree is supposed to be
ages 994 years, but is not visible from aerial, unless its correct
position is some 50meters away on Prinses Beatrixlaan. Otherwise could
be an input error, and correct plntation date was 1994.

Since there are *many* trees in the dataset, I created an umap
displaying a subset to evaluate other possible coordinate problems:
here [1] you can find about 300 Quercus robur planted in the 30rties.
I see some groups (possibly duplicates) but cannot see general
position errors (sometimes caused by reprojections).

About start_date there are 6 records which feature "19" as start date
and one "9"... maybe 2019? 1919?
