[Imports] OSM API in physical address recognition

 Dear OSM community,

We were interested in experimenting with physical address recognition and
import for one of our commercial projects. So we are contacting you per the
guidelines.

We wanted to use a py wrapper to access the API.  Are you ok if we do it,
what do we need to do?
