[Imports] OSM API in physical address recognition

Hi Aleksa!
That would be great if, following the guidelines (
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines), your import had a
wiki page with a bit more detailed description of what and how is planned
to be imported.
Plus, it would be nice if you could share a piece of import-ready data with
the community so that anyone interested could check it for possible errors.
