[Imports] OSM API in physical address recognition

Hi Aleksa,

to add to what Yury has already said, would it be possible to be more
specific about what you mean by experimenting? OSM is certainly interested
in good quality data, but people tend to frown on experiments with osm data
itself. Particularly if it is a one-off company project.
