[Imports] OSM API in physical address recognition

Hi Matin,
"Experiment" in the sense that we wanted to use data from the OSM project
to try to recognize physical addresses in a text.
We would not affect the data in any way, we intended to use it essentially
to compare strings.
If the licence does not extend to commercial projects, thats fair enough.
Thanks in any case.
We were familiar with various Google Maps APIs so we were curious if we
could build something similar with OSM.
