apart from data users sometimes not inheriting the address from a
surrounding polygon to the things inside, I believe this redundancy makes
the data more stable, especially when you have surveyed the address of the
business independently. (e.g. you may have mapped the building with its
address from their webpage, and the building had already the address, so
that you knew where to put it. Later it is discovered that the housenumbers
in this part of the road were off by one, and someone fixes them, but does
not move the POI to the other building.
