[Imports] Import POIs in Gal Valli del Canavese (Italy) area

Hi List,
hoping not to waste your time with this post:
- I'm not sure if I've to speak about an import or an automated
(better:semi-automated) edit
- data collection is in progress (until now about 200 POIs were collected)
- the area is not so big: a part of a province (Turin) in a region
(Piedmont) in Italy
- the license is not a problem: data will be inserted directly from the
owners of the data themselves

However, a few mappers asked me to follow the import guidelines, so I wrote

Obviously, every hint will be welcome, thank you.
