[Imports] Import POIs in Gal Valli del Canavese (Italy) area

Hallo,

the dataset is not not ready, data collection is currently in progress.

Furthermore, we're not still sure this must be considered an import
project, in the current discussion in the Italian mailing list (talk-it)
someone is proposing to follow the Organized editing guideline: personally
I find this approach is more suitable.
