[Imports] US Charging Station import suggested?

The terms and conditions on the data download page
<https://afdc.energy.gov/data_download> states that the data:
"may be used for any purpose whatsoever"
The data is a bit open-source itself as anyone can submit
<https://afdc.energy.gov/stations/#/station/new> a station for review.
Data collection methods can be found here
