I understand that fixing existing data isn't trivial, so I don't want to 
insist on that – it might be the case that it's not realistic to 
automate and we need to use editor validation rules or such to slowly 
improve the situation over time. My primary focus are the not yet 
completed parts of the import, i.e. trying to make sure the problem 
doesn't get larger.
