[Imports] Hydrographic data import from LINZ

Seems to me the seamark items would be welcome - much of this you can't get
unless you are out at sea and actively looking at the object (buoy, beacon,
fogsig, lights, etc).

Where is the download to the s57 format data? Or do you mean it's in the
s57 schema but stored as shapefile/gpkg?

Also, there may be duplication of data if different usage band cells
overlap.
