[Imports] Formal announcement of the import from LINZ

Note that discussion of such data source should never result in
"now everything can be imported without further discussion",
but it should be split into logical parts
(say, splitting import of addresses and glaciers into separate
discussions)
Specifically, creevasse import in Antarctic was a mistake and should be reverted.
