[Imports] Queens, NYC addresses (was: United States Poultry Import)

Oh, I should have dropped in a link to the scripts I used for the recent
address fix:  https://github.com/kennykb/NYbuildings_repair  (They depend
on my osm2pgsql instance for the OSM data, but that's obviously fixable.)
