[Imports] Additional manual import of bus routes

Hello,

I previously imported the nodes of the bus stops in Takaoka City and
Hiroshima Area in Japan.
Next, I'm going to manually add the bus route relations from the same GTFS
data sources.
May I add a chapter about tagging plan and work schedule on bus routes to
my existing wiki pages and work on it?
