FYI - I use health department food service inspections to keep track of
restaurants in Skagit County - just south of you. Because they do regular
inspections the data is always up to date. However, the name and address
are often wrong from typos to incomplete addresses. You might want to see
if there's any open data from the Vancouver Regional District that you
could use.
