Thanks for all the comments. Sorry for taking too long to reply, I've been on leave and others are having problems signing up to the list.

We know we have some serious issues to resolve before we can progress this project so have paused all conflation work until we can update and document our process in a way people are happy with. We'd initially posted to talk-gb-london and had missed the discussions happening in talk-gb where we have now posted an update with our thoughts on next steps. When we have our processes better in line with what is expected and agreed with the local community, we'll update this list.
